I want to say that I have not had luck with a lot of doctors in Georgia and I find a lot of the doctors in this state don't care about patients, you are just a number to them, dishonest, if you don't tow their line they will terminate your care with the flick of the wrist, are vindictive and will falsify your medical records and make it hard for you to get care with other doctors, etc etc. Dr. Foster and his staff are NOTHING like that and since I have been coming to this place they have ALWAYS treated me with kindness, respect, and like I am a human being. Dr. Foster has excellent bedside manners, is very personable and takes time to get to know you, is caring, listens to me, and is thorough with his exams. I have never felt like cattle or just a number when coming here. When I wasn't seeing Dr. Foster I saw the NP Sharon, whom sadly is no longer at this office, but even she was very kind, took her time to listen, and was VERY personable. I miss her and will miss Dr. Foster, Bree, Lisa, and the rest of the staff. They have all been so kind and such a pleasure to be around and have trusted with my health. Yes, the wait times are long but DUH ALL doctor's offices have long wait times that consist of 1-2hrs. The only doctors that don't have long wait times are offices that treat their patients like cattle and they are in and out in under 5 mins. They won't take the time to be thorough with their exams and don't care to establish good rapports with their patients or truly get to know their patients. To be honest when you see Dr. Foster he does not make the patient or patients wait long. At least that's been MY experience with him. Now when I saw the NP Sharon yes her wait time was extremely long but when you have a good doctor, good NP, etc the long wait times are worth it. Just relax, bring a book, scroll social media, etc. I am moving out of state and that is the ONLY reason I will no longer be a patient of Dr. Foster's. I'm so torn over it because good doctors and good medical staff are hard to find. While I am moving out of state I am hoping I can still be a patient of Dr. Foster and this facility. I did ask at my last visit and he said he would have to see what can be done within the law. I'm hoping I can stay a patient. Either way I DEFINATELY recommend this place and Dr. Foster. Staff was very nice and moved me till 11:30 same day. I was there on time THANK GOD! Only problem I had to bring my elderly mother with me. She has dementia and does not move. Staff was kind to let her sit out in waiting area. Once fine I go to get my mom and noticed she spilled her cup of water on the floor. I asked the lady at the desk if she could give me a towel to clean it up. Her eyes darted to me and I could hardly hear her say no she was obviously mad. She came from behind the counter with some paper towels and threw them on the floor getting it up with her feet. Seeing how upset she was I offered again to clean it up she glared at me and re focused on wiping up the spill with her sneakers. She was nasty and rude. Not professional at all. This would be a reason for me to go someplace else. It just wasn't that big of the deal she made it to be!

My Instructor has been Apollo and I find him to be an excellent Physical Therapist! He is able to customize my exercises based on my diagnosis and works with me in a patient and understanding manner. He is a quiet person who takes the times to explain the benefits of my exercises; encourages me to be consistent in doing them at home; shows me how to do it; and answers my questions to my satisfaction. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the help I receive at this location and would recommend them to anyone.
