Seeing as how I was traveling from Florida to Lancaster, I needed to be sure they were able to work with me remotely - and that was no problem. The driver showed up on time, listened carefully to my concerns about placement and strategically placed lumber to avoid damaging the driveway. The dumpster itself was in good condition, relatively clean as far as dumpsters go and had easy entry via fold out doors. No concerns about lift-over height whatsoever. Pricing was reasonable and they communicated well and picked up as expected. Billing was done electronically when I arrived back home. They arrived on time, were extremely friendly, and were lightning fast. After they filled up an entire truck, they left briefly to drop it off at a local incinerator, and they returned within 10-15 minutes to fill up another half truck. The whole process was an hour and a half, and I had a LOT of junk being hauled from multiple rooms, up/down stairs, and in my backyard. I don't know how these guys manage to do it, and safely on top of that, but they are amazing, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about their service.
