When I got there, two of the guys helped me load in my large item and did it with a smile. They even wrapped it for me to prevent damage. Easy peasy. My only (minor) complaint would be that the loading dock isn't very loading friendly since they have a large platform and the stairs from the platform are narrow. The platform is useless for cars and SUVs. Didn't affect me since the guys loaded my item for me.
