DD did a good job for the one season that they serviced the contract, but we received notification in September(!) that they would not be renewing, without further explanation. We always paid our bill on time, and otherwise had very little interaction with them throughout the winter, so we were completely surprised by the news. The net effect being that DD left us scrambling to find another provider with little notice for the upcoming snow season, and resulted in an unappealing ending to our experience with them.
