I highly recommend Slopeslide if you live in Summit County. Scott is knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy, and fair.

When we had work to do on the house we bought we reached out to Scott again, and once again he nailed it.

Somewhat county is a challenge to find good tennants and good professionals that have great…read more customer service. Thanks to Summit Professional Services we can treat our tennants right. Jim, the owner sent out Jose (ahead of time) and got the furnace up and running, cheap? no, but reasonable. They also came out last spring and fixed a problem quickly. I would not hesitate to suggest that they are the ones to call rather than some who spend thousands on advertising. ( I wont bash another business publicly) tho Id like to , as years ago they wrongfully reccomended my furnace replacement. Trust cant be bought, these folks are the "Real Deal".

Jim Dexter and his crew are amazing!…read more We have a vacation home in Breck and wouldn't you know it, our furnace decided it didn't want to keep us cozy anymore. At first it wasn't a big deal because we just hit the slopes but when we came back it just became intolerable. We haven't had this problem so we weren't sure who to call or who we could trust. When we come to the house we like to disconnect so we don't have computers and we don't bring our smartphones so we couldn't yelp for help. Lucky for us we had a yellow pages tucked into the phone stand! We called around and the 3rd place we called was Summit Professional. Denise, their office manager, answered the phone and she was so nice. After telling her about our chilly-to-the-bone problem she comforted us and had a very maternal tone that instantly warmed our souls, making the decision an easy one to make- They would be the ones who came to our rescue. Matthew came out to assess the problem and he was really knowledgeable and friendly. He told us he could help us, "No problem". So he tinkered around and voila- WE HAD HEAT! The next day, Jim (the owner) called us to make sure everything was doing well. How nice is that?! We said we appreciated how kind everyone had been and how quickly they responded. He shared that it was a family business- Matt is his son and Denise his wife. How awesome! He asked us where we live full time and when we told him he was astounded- he has a son that lives out by us! He insisted that he take us out with his wife, son, and daughter-in-law. We had a great dinner with all of them and are excited to have made great friends in the area. Long story short- CALL THEM! They do incredible work, are trustworthy, and super friendly. You won't be disappointed.

Dorothy to the rescue! We got home from work and found our heat totally off and our house at 63 and…read moregetting colder. We were so worried about how our toddler would do overnight. After calling around and not finding anyone to come out, we were sure we were in for a night of crying and squirmy co-sleeping to keep our son warm. After getting a missed call from us, Dorothy called us back and walked us through the whole thing over the phone. We are pretty useless in the homeowner/home repair department (don't know the age of the furnace, the brand, how to open the panel...) and Dorothy was so nice and explained everything. We sent her a picture of what we were looking at, she walked us through checking the fuse, and ultimately solved the problem by helping us clear out the error code and find the source of the problem (low batteries in the thermostat, which still looked like it was working, but wasn't). We're so relieved, feel a little silly, but mostly are so thankful that Dorothy cared enough to call us back and walk us through this while she was driving home from the mountains. They will be our first (and last) call in the future. Thanks Dorothy!

It's been a little over a year and after speaking with two other HVAC companies, and making calls…read moreto some of my friends in the business, and with a ton of home remodeling experience under my belt, we discussed this at the house and I was prompted to write this review. We had a water leak in my twelve year old 96% efficient Amana furnace and I placed a call to Davey. Dorothy was very courteous sent out her son Junior to look at what was going on. He told me he was going to condemn my furnace though there was no signs of aerial contamination. I told him I'll go out and buy two expensive meters and they both showed ZERO contamination! Ok, Junior then said the furnace would be covered under replacement warranty as the heat exchanger was cracked. He talked to the local dispatcher and they had a unit in stock. I was then told by Junior that it would cost me THIRTY FIVE HUNDRED to get the job done. I was flabbergasted at the price! This was for labor! Unbelievable! Ok it was winter and cold temps needed to be handled so I told him let's do it. Junior returned and started installing all the while informing me that it would cost me another EIGHT HUNDRED! I told him no way! Mind you, my old unit was removed and brought downtown. He called his office and they backed off on the additional eight hundred. I left Junior alone and he put together the new furnace and installed it! It was not straight, not plumbed and he left after the furnace was running. I called Dorothy and COMPLAINED! She sent Senior out and he straightened things out. The inspector came by and failed the inspection. Senior came out again and touched up all the work. Senior had to come by a third time to rewire the condensate pump... to code! That final time he came, I could tell he was PO'ed at returning and never said a darn word to me. No respect at all! Bottom line, I was ripped off to high heaven. Thirty five hundred... for the work done? Maybe they get this from other uneducated customers but the unit was under warranty, the whole installation with labor should have cost me $2000 at MOST! I found an unbelievably reputable HVAC and they have so far treated me with respect and professionalism especially when it comes to pricing and top notch customer service. Just had to share this with potential customers here in the area.
