After a recommendation from HomeAdvisor, I left a message for 3 companies, and Sam was the only one who called me back. As soon as I met Sam, he impressed me with his keen observations and large knowledge of how his team could repair minor carpentry problems. I got an estimate the next day via email, and immediately hired him. Sam is an impressive young man, talks quickly and works even faster. Only the trim and shutters would be repainted, and the team was absolutely meticulous in "cutting" around windows and brick. They caulked, made many repairs that I hadn't even listed, and painted dawn to dusk and in 7 days, cleaned up and went on to their next job. The team was mostly Sam and Chris, a young man with an impressive education and extensive home remodeling experience. They were on time every day, and at 8:00 a they were at it again. They removed all my shutters, painted, then rehung them, straight this time, because the shutter installer hung them slightly crookedly. I couldn't tell, but they checked a level, replaced all the hardware, and relocated them correctly. Sam says that goes with the job, when I apologized for the extra work. And this tops it all. . . The final bill was $1000.00 less than they had quoted! I've NEVER had that happen! Sam is a fine young man with a bright future. Hire him, you will be impressed with your results!
