Our installers, Bill, Mike and Dexter, what a wonderful crew. Our install was flawless. These guys worked well together and our finished carpet looks amazing. we had house fire and the fire department dumped 25 thousand gallons of water 3 times. dave chose…read morenot to replace subflooring now the new hardwood floor is buckling. his response is that is our fault for not maintaining humidity, and now he making us take legal actions. the doors will not shut, they hung shelving in dry wall only and is now falling down. the floor is actually rotting out from under us.. dave told me he takes pride in his work, what a joke! after moving into a new house we sent him noticed with 30 days of issues cause one spot the floor actually broke and buckled up. The came put screws in the new floor to hold it down.. did not even repaint the base board they ripped up..dave had us buy things and keep the air on 68 for 90 days costing us tons of $$$. after the 90 he says its our fault for his bad install and poor workmanship.. They installed the floor weeks before any windows! They replaced house hold hardware in the house with cheap Inferior stuff and 90 days after move in, its falling apart. They left glass and debris all over my yard and it's still there for me to pick up daily. When I speak with him he acts like I have no knowledge and I dont know what I'm talking about.. The pain on the bedroom walls has trash in paint now dried to wall.. And to top it all off this is the person our adjuster pushed for us to use even after we already hired a different company We are leaving reviews in Hope's something can be done. Also filling with Office of Attorney General, BBB, INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE and the State Licensing Board so it's all public record! Look ar the pictures before your hire this company. Look at we are having do to 90 DAYS after moving into the newly rebuilt home, its sad.

The same problems persist to this day a year a half later. The carpet is bunching up in the corners, it is looking extremely worn in a lot of areas, and there is, what the carpet people call, "sprouting" continuously throughout every room. We received a letter from them a couple of days ago informing us they were no longer going to help and that they have done everything that they are going to do. I would not recommend these people to anybody, worst experience I could imagine buying carpet.
