radiator fit ... never seen such bad workmanship to the point I had to go and buy another rad…read more taps fitted - water flow was low which I told him about in april said he would come to look at it and didn't have been told by another plumber its caused by the flexi pipes fitted to the sink . the answer I received was "well I fitted what I was given what makes you so special I have to go and buy different ones", I would have gone to buy them myself, if as a professional company they had advised me the flexis that came with the taps weren't suitable, rather than ask for the correct item he fitted the wrong one but now this is my fault, I should have been advised before fitting leak under my sink - again was deemed their fault by insurance company yet are still denying all liability for this, I am out of pocket so much because of this company I wouldn't recommend to anyone, rude aftersales to the point me and my husband had to hang up the phone on him.

Matthew Lewis from Teulu Plumbing did some work for us in a property we let out,…read more he fitted a new motorised valve, new heating timer and serviced the oil boiler + fitted a new injector, he wanted cash so we paid cash. When the work was done I asked him to sign the service book for the boiler warranty and for the purpose of the tenancy agreement, he said he couldn't sign it as he was gas registered only and said he would get hold of his mate who would sign the service book for him instead, after contacting Matthew a few times he said he himself WAS able to sign the service book & would drop in when passing, IT NEVER HAPPENED! (Ive kept all the text messages) NOT HAPPY....BECAUSE IF THE BOILER GOES WRONG NOW, IT LOOKS LIKE THE BOILER HASNT BEEN SERVICED MEANING THE WARRANTY MAY NO LONGER STAND.
