I have used him several times and he has alwys taken into account of the needs of my elderly mother and made her a priority when her heating has not been working, on the principle that elderly people need warmth; and has given excellent practical advice about radiator tempreatures etc for the safety of elderly (like not having them too hot incase she has a fall and finds herself too close to a radiator0, He has also given advice about how to get the best out of the heating system. radiator fit ... never seen such bad workmanship to the point I had to go and buy another rad…read more taps fitted - water flow was low which I told him about in april said he would come to look at it and didn't have been told by another plumber its caused by the flexi pipes fitted to the sink . the answer I received was "well I fitted what I was given what makes you so special I have to go and buy different ones", I would have gone to buy them myself, if as a professional company they had advised me the flexis that came with the taps weren't suitable, rather than ask for the correct item he fitted the wrong one but now this is my fault, I should have been advised before fitting leak under my sink - again was deemed their fault by insurance company yet are still denying all liability for this, I am out of pocket so much because of this company I wouldn't recommend to anyone, rude aftersales to the point me and my husband had to hang up the phone on him.
