Andrew has repeatedly failed to show up for work as promised. He rarely puts in a full day's work and never shows up on time as promised. He has constantly given me excuses for his failure to deliver on time. My neighbors have complained of Andrew's inability to complete work on time even taking into consideration inclement weather condition. Consumers beware of the soft con from Andrew's. They fixed a front porch that was pulling away from the house because of improper water drainage. They also fixed the gutters, put in French drain systems, replaced the front rotted wooden posts with painted metal posts, and made a new walkway. David repaired a rotted deck post, cleaned, and stained the deck! They are currently working on installing a stamped concrete patio in the back of the house and are giving us a walkway to the back stairs. David also does handyman work around the house like repair light switches, installing ceiling fans, painting, and any other home repair needs.
