Our kitchen and bathroom had wallpaper to be removed, there are holes to be patched and dinginess everywhere. Some of the other painters told me about the shortcuts they would take and promised me I would never notice. I bet I will. Some painters had names for their companies but I knew I would be writing the check to the painter because there is no real company. I check all of that stuff out. But Priceless Painting Plus is a real company, it has insurance, it has a written warranty of its work, etc. Trae is very specific about what I'm paying for. Andrew has repeatedly failed to show up for work as promised. He rarely puts in a full day's work and never shows up on time as promised. He has constantly given me excuses for his failure to deliver on time. My neighbors have complained of Andrew's inability to complete work on time even taking into consideration inclement weather condition. Consumers beware of the soft con from Andrew's. They fixed a front porch that was pulling away from the house because of improper water drainage. They also fixed the gutters, put in French drain systems, replaced the front rotted wooden posts with painted metal posts, and made a new walkway. David repaired a rotted deck post, cleaned, and stained the deck! They are currently working on installing a stamped concrete patio in the back of the house and are giving us a walkway to the back stairs. David also does handyman work around the house like repair light switches, installing ceiling fans, painting, and any other home repair needs. David does great work, is on time, reasonably priced, and is very friendly. Highly recommended for iron work, home repairs, and home maintenance.
