On several occasions I have contacted this firm in hopes of potentially hiring them, because I had a friend who REALLY liked her attorney she had who worked there (who isn't there anymore). Every time I was told I would be contacted back by Gretchen Handy and never was. When I followed up only to find out no one had ever even taken my name or documented my calls, it was so clear that the poor woman that answers the phones has to deal with frustrated people in my situation all the time. So I gave up and hired someone else. But I am grateful, as I have since met several people who hired her for criminal cases or elder care cases and either had to fire her because she did absolutely NOTHING on their case, or they ended up having to get another attorney who encouraged them to file formal complaints against Gretchen for things she said or did with their cases. read more
