He could have charged me the price of an ice cream or something but he chose not too. What's that mean for qt? Did they loose out on 25 cents of whipped cream? Not at all. I go out of my way to come to this qt, this isn't the first time they have given my doggo a "pup cup" but this is where I get my gas and everything else. I never spend less than 60 bucks when I come here. Small gestures and smiles go along way. I appreciate the staff here.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and professionalism at this CVS location. My…read morehusband had two prescriptions dropped off, and when I returned an hour later to pick them up through the drive-thru, only one was provided. At no point did anyone notify us that the second medication was not in stock. This is basic communication that could have saved time and frustration. The drive-thru itself is consistently understaffed -- one person managing three lanes and serving one car at a time, creating long, unnecessary delays. After discovering the missing prescription, I called the pharmacy and left a message but never received a return call. The automated phone system is excessive and forces customers to leave voicemails instead of speaking directly with a person. I left a second message the following morning and still did not receive a response, so I contacted the front store and asked for a manager. The manager was understanding and involved the pharmacist, who called my husband shortly after. Unfortunately, the pharmacist's apology was insincere, and the call ended abruptly. Minutes later, I received another call from someone else at the pharmacy who, instead of clarifying or apologizing, was rude and dismissive -- even shouting across the pharmacy asking who had just spoken to me. When I remarked on how chaotic the situation seemed, she told me they "wouldn't be talked to like that" and hung up. This level of unprofessionalism and poor communication is unacceptable, especially for a pharmacy responsible for people's health and medications. CVS needs to address the lack of staffing, improve their communication with customers, and retrain pharmacy staff on basic courtesy and accountability.

The lines are SO long and the staff is so inept and they always have an excuse for why they can't do anything within a reasonable amount of time. Finally I made it back up there a third time. I was in the drive thru and after they serviced the car in front of me, they literally pulled the blinds down as I pulled up and a recording came on that they were closed for lunch. There were 3 cars behind me and 2 in the other lane. That is unbelievable. You don't CLOSE a pharmacy for lunch, you idiots, you COVER people so they can go to lunch. Every other business does it every single day, but CVS is incapable of basic business sense. I will never had another Rx sent there.

I was seated next to the most wonderful woman, Sharon, and between the atmosphere, the conversation, and the energy of the place, the whole evening felt special. We ordered the pasta wheel, and the gentleman who prepared it was incredible, so knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about what he does. Watching it come together was part of the experience, and the pasta itself was outstanding. Truly exceptional. This meal easily rivals and surpasses any Italian restaurant we've been to in Fort Worth or Dallas. To have food and service of this caliber in small-town Weatherford is something special. We shared a slice of Lemoncello cake for dessert. It was moist and real tasty. I want to call out the service here. It was excellent. Kalee was helpful with the menu, with our orders, with checking in on us. Overall great service. Though we thought our entrees were decent but could be improved, we liked the new space and service a lot, so we'll try other entrees at Zeno's down the line.
