The first time it exercised it was fine. The second time it gave me a fuel fault and after restating it with the help of Generac I had a larger gas meter installed. On May 24 it faulted again with the same code. I called this company and they couldn't help with service because the only tech was off with persona reasons. tell me when it would be serviced. A week later a girl from the company called me and said she had no idea when they could get out here to fix the problem ! I have called a new service company. They will be out on the 6th of this month to repair the issue and take over servicing my unit. This company is USELESS after the sale.

The fence had to be installed on a steep-ish hill so they were informing me how they would do it to make it look right. I really appreciated them sharing the information with me and explaining why they were doing things a certain way. I also really loved the fact that they were not contracted through the company. They were employees of the company, which is very hard to find. The owners son and another gentlemen were the ones that did the install. The price was more than competitive and they didn't fuss about the smaller size of the project like other companies did. I would recommend them to anyone!
