They then, months later accused me of never paying them. They said before sending me the money from my insurance they had accidentally forgotten to take their portion out. I equate this to a store contacting me months after a purchase claiming I had underpaid and demanding money. The office was incredibly rude on the phone. A lawsuit was filed because I "never paid." Rather than owning a mistake the business made or being reasonable to work with, they decided to blame me, the consumer. They were a real nightmare to work with and I would never dream of recommending Service Master out of Baraboo to anyone.

This past weekend, I went to my cottage and the temp was 38 degrees. I attempted to reset the thermostat and it became clear to me that the problem was the furnace. I contacted Service Master at 7;15 am Monday and was able to leave a message with the answering service. 5 hours later, I called again. Then my husband called and left another message with the answering service. I then received a phone call from the "owner" and he was extremely rude to me after he asked me how I was doing today. I answered "frustrated". He then began to bash me and was nasty to me and said that he didn't owe me anything. All I wanted was to contact the furnace guy who did the initial install as he knew my house and layout of the furnace. The owner said he was unwilling to give me the info because he "didn't like my attitude" How unprofessional....Don NOT us this service in Baraboo.
