Had Ergeon replace the fence (unfortunately thought wasn't the issue with the dog, that's a different story). Fence was finished in July. My child works 80 hours a week and hadn't been there when it was completed. I visited from out of town and noticed some quality issues. Uneven boards at the gate, poor quality hardware and a couple of boards that seemed poor quality. However, the biggest concern was that they didn't install any corner posts. Who does that? Anyone ever heard of a fence with no stable anchors in the corners? Come to find out they cut the previous corner posts off at ground level and were too lazy or inconvenienced to remove them. Built the new fence around them. I paid for the majority of the fence so I contacted their warranty company. I sent pictures. They scheduled a person to come out. There wasn't good communication about what action they would be taking. My husband and I took the day off work and planned to be there. They cancelled a 1/2 hour after they were scheduled to arrive. They rescheduled for two days later (a Sunday) and no showed and did not call. I also called that morning to confirm someone would show, got no response from my vm. I spoke with our warranty rep the following day and was told, "sorry, but I don't work on the weekends." That just irritated me. Poor customer service in my opinion. So the following week we communicated back and forth to reschedule. I was given today (9/26) as THE ONLY available date, even though I told Peta, our warranty rep, that I was unavailable and gave here 3 alternative dates. Yesterday at 5 pm she texted me and said that the installer was not available there was a death in their family. While I am sorry for their loss and empathetic, does Ergeon not have any one else? Peta asked me to give her until Monday to reschedule. I will do that but I am getting the feeling that I am getting delayed intentionally. I requested the name and number of the installer that gets scheduled so that I may confirm the day of the appointment (again I will be driving from out of town, an hour one way) and a supervisors name and number if they fail to show up. Peta told me she could not give that information. Shady? I think so. This will be a third appointment. If they cancel or no show, that will be the third strike. I hope they take care of this and make it right. I will update this post when they do.

In total, Greenleaf worked on my project for about 5 hours over the course of those 30 days, and did not complete any of the work for which they were contracted. The pictures attached show how they left the property in complete disrepair. The lone tree they cut down actually fell on my house (because of their incompetence) before they left the remnants in my lawn. All of the handrails for my deck were cut off with a chainsaw, and 1/2 of the planks were unscrewed from the joists. That's where the work stopped. Obviously, the deck is completely unusable now, and is unsafe for the family to walk on. Chad refused to answer my phone calls after taking the check for the deposit. Instead, he occasionally responded to text messages with myriad excuses and lies about how his crew will be at the job site tomorrow or later today. I regret not googling the owner before signing the contract. If I had I would have found official complaints on record at the Better Business Bureau for this exact same behavior.

I first met with Domoniq who was friendly and efficient in gathering measurements and understanding what my needs were. After receiving the initial quote I had additional questions, and he quickly answered and then updated the quote. Once I decided to use Bravo, I put an initial down payment to start. Within a week, Lowes had dropped off all the needed supplies, then Jose (Crew Chief) and company(3 guys and 2 gals) arrived around 9A to start building. Jose did a final walkthrough with me to ensure everything was located correctly with gates and final placement. Once confirmed, his crew went to work. As he stated they typically do a fence a day, they all knew their place and position and started. They were friendly and incredibly hard working. While one or two guys did demo work with the old fence pieces, others brought lumber and posts where they needed to go. The women were no slouches either as I watched them carry 80 lb bags of quickcrete like they were nothing! The crew worked the rest of the day and finally finished around 5P. Jose and I did final walkthroughs and I decided to keep the rest of the leftover materials to use if needed. I would give them an A+ 5 / 5 rating. Great work and great price!

This by far has to be the worse fence company ever. They destroyed my water lines, fence door fell off the hinges within a month and calls to rectify the issues goes unanswered after months. This was the worst investment I made to my home going with these guys. Their mistake cost me hundreds of dollars in water overage bills and new water line installation. Don't make the same mistake I did.
