After getting several quotes from various fence companies, I decided to go with Bravo based on several reviews as well cost. I first met with Domoniq who was friendly and efficient in gathering measurements and understanding what my needs were. After receiving the initial quote I had additional questions, and he quickly answered and then updated the quote. Once I decided to use Bravo, I put an initial down payment to start. Within a week, Lowes had dropped off all the needed supplies, then Jose (Crew Chief) and company(3 guys and 2 gals) arrived around 9A to start building. Jose did a final walkthrough with me to ensure everything was located correctly with gates and final placement. Once confirmed, his crew went to work. As he stated they typically do a fence a day, they all knew their place and position and started. They were friendly and incredibly hard working. While one or two guys did demo work with the old fence pieces, others brought lumber and posts where they needed to go. The women were no slouches either as I watched them carry 80 lb bags of quickcrete like they were nothing! The crew worked the rest of the day and finally finished around 5P. Jose and I did final walkthroughs and I decided to keep the rest of the leftover materials to use if needed. I would give them an A+ 5 / 5 rating. Great work and great price! read more

I don't like posting bad reviews because if you do not have anything good to say, don't say anything. But...I gave this company numerous chances to resolve my issues only to be ignored. This by far has to be the worse fence company ever. They destroyed my water lines, fence door fell off the hinges within a month and calls to rectify the issues goes unanswered after months. This was the worst investment I made to my home going with these guys. Their mistake cost me hundreds of dollars in water overage bills and new water line installation. I called Bravo Fence to receive a quote and got an immediate response. They came to give me an estimate and the process was very smooth / simple. Bravo was very patient and understanding while we jumped through HOA hoops to get approval. Once we got the approval, the job was scheduled right away. On the day of, they came right on time to start the job, which I was very happy about. I spoke with Jonathan and he was very clear with what they would be doing; we marked where the fence / gates would go exactly and I was comfortable that they knew what they were doing. Contacted Bravo Fence for an estimate to remove my old fence and replace it. Justin came out to the house and was very professional, and friendly. I accepted their quote and the job was scheduled for the end of the month. I received a call from Justin that they could come by earlier if that was ok, which it was. Fernando, his wife and another young woman arrived on time and I have never seen three people work as hard as they did. Old fence was removed and new fence installed in a day and a half. Fernando work hard to figure out an issue on one side of my property. I am very satisfied with the result. When they were done the clean up was complete.
