It was Monday at 5:00 pm and the realtor was coming on Wednesday to take pics. I was nowhere near ready and I was panicking. At 5:10 Jaider from Genius Painting & Cleaning called and set up a time that same evening for a walkthrough. He and Veronica were amazing! They arrived on time, masked up and meant business. They were very thorough and clearly very experienced with this sort of task. Veronica took notes and made suggestions that I hadn't thought of and pointed out some trouble areas I had never noticed. They assured me that they'd be able to complete the cleaning in time for the realtor and to my satisfaction. I have 3 cats and a dog and lived in my home for 8 years so they definitely had their work cut out for them! They arrived on Tuesday Afternoon as scheduled and worked well into the evening, not missing a single detail. They tackled everything from cobwebs to cat hair, the floors sparkled and windows were spotless! They scrubbed every inch of my house including scrubbing my kitchen cabinets inside and out from top to bottom and washed all of the walls in all 3 bathrooms. Their attention to detail was astounding. They even came back the next day touch up the windows in the daylight. Bottom Line: Jaider and Veronica truly know what they're doing. Their attention to detail, sense of urgency, professionalism and ability to deliver an exceptional result at an incredibly reasonable price is the finest of examples of how to do business. Between leaving several messages on his personal phone and Yelp, I still never received a call back about the stairwell. If a company is too busy, or doesn't want to provide the service, they should just let you know. It's a shame because his guys did a great job but I'm a stickler for following through on things and this did not happen, leaving me hanging for a couple of weeks before finally moving on to find another company.
