They did a very nice job and our condo is so much closer to completion thanks to them. Here are the tasks I had them complete: - master bdr closet wall had pulled from its stud and was damaged. During the repair, nick pointed out the damage was likely caused by an old crack in the exterior wall. He replaced the rotten wood stud and repaired the wall nicely. - sand, skim-coat, apply knockdown texture, and paint walls and ceilings of the master bdr closet and bathroom, and kitchen. - sand, prep, paint and install 5 replacement interior doors. - replace a hideous, troublesome pocket door with a pre-hung door and frame - (really nicely done!) - install 6 window fixtures - prep, prime, and paint 5 sets of bi-fold, louvered closet doors. repaired and finished trim on all. - clean, sand, prep and paint all door frames, kitchen nook frame, etc. I found both Nick and Matt to be careful, thoughtful, respectful, honest, conscientious, and diligent throughout the entire two weeks they worked on our unit. They also worked around a schedule trip I took. I am very satisfied with the work completed for the price to which I agreed.

They were very sloppy and did not properly cover or mask off bathroom sinks and light fixtures. When I confronted Nick, who was in charge, he stated that's how we work and we"ll clean up when the job is finished, which they never did.They used my new step ladder and several hand tools without my permission. They got paint all over my ladder and walked off with my hand tools. I finally did get my tools back after I had to chase them down but they never cleaned my ladder. Unfortunately, my wife paid them before I could inspect the job. When I did, I found numerous issues that needed to be addressed. Nick returned and had to spend four hours dealing with these issues and never completed the task. He even forgot to paint half of a wall in the bathroom. In my last conversation with Nick, I told him not to return and that I would finish the job myself as he was obviously incapable of completing it. When our house in Country Club East was painted neighbors were stating how nice our looked....and, as of today (5/5/24), one of them just had Angel paint their house and two others have received quotes. I have seen houses get painted in two-three days via spraying. Angel took two days just prepping the house for painting via rollers. ( Powerwashing, filling cracks and gaps, caulking seems, protecting the windows with plastic etc). The finished product far surpasses spray painting...in my opinion. Angel may not be the guy you want to use if you want the job done in two days, but....if you are looking for quality at a fair price, I recommend Angel's Painting.
