They did an excellent job for me when I hired them for indoor paint and cabinet job. The house I bought had a weird salmon color I hated and a bland cabinet. I consulted with several painting companies and Patrick was quick to respond and very knowledgeable. I picked some colors from stores (which were very similar to one another) and consulted with Patrick and he described each color so that I could pick the best one. Crews were very professional and always on time; actually they came a little earlier which I found impressive. The house needed some patchwork to smooth out the surface and they did a great job with the material they had. The finished work was excellent and I was so satisfied with it. I had these folks stain an seal concrete front porch area. Stain job was good Came back to seal, upper part ,which was in shade looks good. Lower have done in hot sun is cream color. This was in June 2022. They agreed to redo seal job. It is now November 2nd 2022 and after many contacts and and promises it has not been corrected. I have threatened BBB and having someone else corrected and send them the bill. No correction as yet. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THE FOLKS. read more

True Colors has done 3 jobs for me. Adam, one of the managers, is a wizard at straight lines. Jeremy, (I think he's the #2 guy) is a wizard at fixing issues. Patrick, the owner, is a good guy that looks after his clients and his crew. He can be seen delivering drinks to his people on a daily basis. What company does that??? Anyway, they will do whatever it takes to make it right. Sometimes, issues come up, but that's human. What's super-human is the willingness and sense of pride that comes with them making it right. Patrick and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They were professional, responsible, and capable! They painted my 3000+sf Riviera Dunes Waterfront home top to bottom making great suggestions along the way. Patrick painted five color choices on several walls to help with decision making. He and his crew were even able to accommodate a few extra projects that I needed done. He texted updates regularly, cleaned up after themselves, provided insurance w/o asking, wore masks when spraying, and touched up everything! I must give a rave review for Patrick Hood of True Colors and his team of painters. When I called him, Patrick actually called me back to set up an appointment to be sure he knew what we were looking for, met us at our home when he said he would be there, and emailed us the estimate in short order. He referred us to a Sherwin Williams "Color Consultant" to help with deciding on paint type/color. Patrick then waited patiently for 2 months while our house was completed and we closed, before asking if they could begin a day early (!!) - which meant finishing a day earlier than anticipated. His team's work ethic far exceeded their age. The job site (inside our home) was left spic & span as they had an appropriate staging location for every step of the work. The straight edges they accomplished between the floor molding, cabinets, and the ceiling and the walls they were painting was art. At the end I had to work hard to identify any spots they missed! And in this day and age - to have workers in your house without hearing even one vulgarity was a total - and welcome - surprise! (I actually offered them each a beer at the end of the job, and they actually told me that none of them really drink!) I *highly* recommend Patrick and his team! read more
