Conveniently located off of the Beltway, they are easy to get to and I've never waited more than 5 minutes to get in for my appointment - but they do have the best up-to-date magazine selection in their waiting room! The office is in the first floor of a home that is very comfortable...and comforting! Dr. Hefflefinger has a dry humor, and is a bit "old school" but in the best most experienced way - he doesn't try to "up-sell" you like a lot of new younger dentists do these days. You can tell that a lot of his patients have been going to him for years, a good sign of a good dentist!

I found that once I questioned their service…read morethat I paid thousands of dollars for and was advised by my referring dentist to ask the question, they became emotionally immature, passive-aggressive, and started making offensive comments. During one visit, David got mad and stated, "Did you see your teeth before coming to me?". In a separate visit, Medhy stated, "Since you're the expert, you tell me what I should do." All because I asked a simple question. They do not like to be questioned about their work. They take offense and become child like. Instead of listening to me as a paying client, they want to inform me how great they are and how most people would be thankful in my position, as if they're GOD! Sir, I paid for a service. You did me, no favors! I am expecting them to respond to let everyone know how this review is uncommon and how they typically get great reviews. EGO! As long as you don't question their service, your experience might be better than the one I had.
