I followed directions at the pump, it said "lift handle to get discount" I did. I filled the car, asked for a receipt and No Discount. I went inside and asked the clerks, and they laughed at me and said, "oh, you have to come inside first and ask for the discount." Nowhere outside does it say that. Not only am I ticked about not getting the discount, I don't appreciate the fact that the clerks thought it was funny.

Sometimes I have concerns with this because my car is a manual and I don't like my seat moved. Neither of these were an issue. Lots of attention to detail too. Wiped my floor mats and inside of my windows. Be prepared to allow some extra time for a wash, but for $11, this was a killer value (those saying it's not must not travel to any metro areas).
