I don't normally review car washes, but this was an examplary experience. Red Carpet is one of those washes where you have to exit your car and wait for it to go through the wash. Sometimes I have concerns with this because my car is a manual and I don't like my seat moved. Neither of these were an issue. Lots of attention to detail too. Wiped my floor mats and inside of my windows. Be prepared to allow some extra time for a wash, but for $11, this was a killer value (those saying it's not must not travel to any metro areas). read more

Such a cool car wash! We drove from out of town and decided to get a car wash. My husband went inside, paid for the wash, we drove up and little did we know we actually had to get out and wait inside while they cleaned and wiped it all out. Just like the movies! Never been to this kind before. Inside there was a Java and ice cream shop while you wait. Perfect amount of time to eat a cone while waiting. There are big windows so you can watch your car being cleaned. A little pricy but neat service that did a good job. read more

Overpriced and not worth the cost. $12 for a basic car wash was more expensive then I expected and it was not worth it. The wash itself was okay. But they barely dried the car; they didn't dry the whole car body and they didn't dry inside of the doors or the wheels. Hardly better than a cheap gas station car wash. ​HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I took a rental car here recently, and it wasn't until I got to the front of the line that I realized this was not a traditional automatic car wash. They wanted me and all passengers out of the vehicle so they could drive it through, which meant disturbing my young child. I wanted to back out and find a different car wash, to which they REFUSED. They told me that they had already sprayed the front of the vehicle with bug spray (which was true), and if I drove it out into the sun it could ruin the paint. Reluctantly, I agreed to get out of the vehicle and selected the mid-level wash (conveniently they did not inform me that there was an extra charge for SUV vehicles). They assured me that they would assume all liability for anything that happened to the vehicle. When they vehicle came out the other side, I immediately noticed that the front license plate was bent. Approximately the left quarter of it was bent out almost at a 90 degree angle. I pointed this out to the attendant, and he said that it happened quite often (which he retracted just moments later). I requested to speak to a manager, and a moment later another young gentleman came out claiming to be a manager. After explaining the situation, he told me that they were not going to do anything about it or assume any liability for the situation. His initial reaction was that license-plate bending happens all the time, and he also retracted this moments later. I explained to him that we had not even wanted to go through the wash, but that we had been forced to do so and that they had assured us that they would assume full liability for anything that happened. I requested compensation for the damage, and he refused. At the start, he told me that he had not way of compensating for this and that it wasn't real damage. As I persisted, somehow his story changed to say that while yes, they do have ways of compensating customers for damage, he would not be issuing any compensation to me for the damage or for the horrible customer service we had received up to that point. It was only with further persistence that he agreed to give us $10 out of the $15 that we had paid. I agreed to this and we left. Yes, the license plate was able to be bent back to a reasonable standard. But the fact that this is a known issue that they have and that it was confirmed independently by two of their employees who then lied about it, plus the fact that they were not willing to take responsibility for this or own up to anything, created one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I usually try to be very polite to people working in customer service, because I myself have done it and know how hard it is, but these people, and especially the cocky "manager" that I spoke to made it incredibly difficult to do so. This manager even told me that the attendants at the beginning could have sprayed off our vehicle and let us go, and even after admitting that the employees made such a huge mistake, he was not willing to offer any compensation. Perhaps it would not have been such a big deal had it been my own personal vehicle, but I always take extra precautions when driving a rental. This is a side note, but this car wash is very unusual. When I think of an "automatic" car wash, I imagine pulling up to a car wash tunnel, paying either through a machine or an attendant, and then driving the vehicle through while a machine washes my car. Having lived in multiple states and having been to multiple car washes, this is the usual standard. In this case, there is no option except to hand your vehicle over to an attendant and wait on the other side. I would never recommend this car wash to anyone, and I hope this review plus all of the other poor reviews listed online (check multiple sources such as Google, Facebook, Yelp) will serve as a warning to anyone who wishes to visit this car wash. read more

Been going to this car wash for years, today was the worst service ever. Floor mats were put in car sopping wet, dash wasn't dusted, soap still clinging to the outside of the car when I came home and put it in the garage, so much moisture inside the car that the steering wheel, door handles etc. were wet! Where does one start with this mess? I asked for the best wash, then was told I should pay an extra $2.50 for vacuuming. Then was told that wiping the dash is only a service offered in their "detailing" package. The vacuuming I got was spotty and there were scuff marks on the console plastic left by the vacuum attachments. Understanding that the entire business is run by teenagers, a visit might be okay with a farm truck. But I'd never again take a new car here. read more

I came here three times and every time either the tires are not wiped and every time the cup holders are never vacuumed out and it's never completely wiped out on the inside on the dashboard there's always an inch of dust that comes off with my finger everything else comes out beautiful I love the gas station and self but every single time I come here the job is never completely done and I do leave a tip for them because that's a lot of work but for the price that we got to pay for a car wash the job should be completely done right the inside and the dash should be completely wiped and the cup holders should be cleaned out as well read more

This is the worst car wash I have received from anyone anywhere. I had the deluxe $28 inside outside car wash. They did not wipe off the dash, they did not wipe out the coffee holders, and they did not wipe out the inside panels. In the back of my SUV I had some dirt that it spilled out of flowerpots and when I got the SUV home I opened up the back of my SUV and the dirt jumps were still there. Your better off going to cenex or a gas station car wash. I payed thirty dollars for the same thing except they vacuumed. Was very unhappy with the dirt spots after the wash and dust on the dash. I took my new car here and paid $30 for the Executive Car Wash. I was not expecting the car to be detailed but I did expect it to be clean. I was very disappointed. The door frames were still dirty, the windows look worse than when I went in, and the back bumper was still dirty. And the rubber floor mats I have were wet and when they dried, they were filthy. For $30 I expected better than the car next to it that got the basic wash. They did Armor All the tires..... I considered going back inside however, the line was long and I had waited approximately 20 minutes just to get the car into the car wash in the first place. I went home and did everything myself. Absolutely the worst car wash for the money, the interior looked untouched and the dust was still on the dash. Nothing on the inside was cleaned except for my floor mats. If your thinking.....they don't focus on the inside and it's because of the "bs" they wash it with, wellll! If you go to dons carwash in fargo or valley dairy in grand forks they do an impeccable job inside and out. Terrible car wash, workers on their text machines and zero customer service. Sucks to suck. Most disappointing experience I have every had. There was a ton of soap in the truck box, didn't look like anyone vacuumed consol wasn't touched. Bought sandwiches and the microwave was so disgusting we asked for a refund, which they didn't want to give us. The girl was so busy eating and smacking she said she wouldn't clean it. Wish I'd read the previous review before taking my brand new $85K QX80 here to be washed and vacuumed. My husband thought he would take my vehicle here while I slept in last Saturday. He watched as the car went through noticing that a belt had broken and put oil/grease marks all over one side and denting my vehicle. Not a fan of car washes myself, just isn't the same as grabbing a bucket and a hose and doing it yourself. The cost of my car was was about $25. I selected the supreme car wash.. which I knew was pricey up front, but in turn I thought my car would be very clean after the car wash. The center console was not wiped out, nor was the front dash. The trunk was not vacuumed and the side floor boards were still dirty. I ended up going and re-vacuuming the car and wiping it down myself. The staff was nice, but it was pretty disappointing to pay that much money for a car was and have to go do it again yourself because it's not clean. read more

My husband and I were just at the Red Carpet Carwash on Century Ave. Will NEVER go back. I ask my husband to buy lottery tickets along with the car wash. Was going to give him some money and he said he had it covered. So I put the money back into my center consul. After the car wash I open the consul to get the lottery tickets back out and my money was gone. Went inside to talk to Connor and he told me none of his people would do that. So in other words you are calling me a liar. He told me again none of his people would do that. I went back in and talk to the cashiers and they told me their employees would not take money or anything out of a vehicle. read more
