I don't walk out of the office without having the modifications that supports all of my life functioning activities being perfect. If there is anything that needs to be adjusted, they always find a way to fit me into the schedule. Recently I had to get new legs made. I was so impressed with the latest technology that Travis has learned for his patients. At this time, they used the Ossur TT direct fit socket. This is where they mold a final socket to your leg and you walk out of the office with a completed leg. I had this process done for both legs. At this time, These are the best fitting, most comfortable fitting prosthetics I have ever had in my 3.5 years. I am so thankful for Next Step and the way they treat every client like they are family. They listen to what you want but also will tell you what you need and professionally explain to you why the solution they are proposing and how it relates to long term limb health and viability.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This is a joke of a business. My sons PT referred us here for his…read moreSMO's, and it was nothing but a nightmare. We had several issues with Level 4/Restore: took months to receive them, incorrect fitting that ultimately resulted in them remaking them, incompetent staff who couldn't properly answer questions, would tell you one thing in the office only to not follow through, can't seem to return phone calls nor emails... I've had the same outcome from "corporate" as well. The first pair of SMO's they made were not the correct fit. We went back numerous times to have them adjusted. Finally, they said it would be best if they just remade them, because they couldn't adjust them anymore. (My son was having hot spots, blisters, bruising etc...) I of course asked how much it was going to cost us and we were told "nothing, we're not even going to bill your insurance since we need to remake them". The very next day I received a call from corporate stating this was not possible and they would indeed be filling insurance. Cigna only pays for 1 pair every 6 months so guess who was responsible for paying for a second pair... us! Close to 3 months went by before we received the new ones, and by that time his foot had grown significantly. I knew that was going to be an issue, so I specifically asked if he could be remeasured before they sent the mold off to be made. According to them that wasn't possible. So, yet again, another useless pair and money down the drain. Fast forward several months later... We recently received an invoice dated in August as well as a voicemail from Patrice. The SMO's were paid before we picked them up, per their "protocol", so I'm not sure why we're just now (January) receiving an outdated invoice with a different amount due. I compared the two invoices from August and January and the invoice number, each item amount, and insurance amount were all the same except for the "patient amount" (imagine that). I have contacted this company numerous times without any luck. It is now almost the end of January and I still haven't received a response from the voicemails I have left or the email I sent. Save your time and money and find a different company. After we received our second pair of SMO's (still didn't fit properly) from Level 4, our PT and I decided to go with another place. SO thankful we did.
