When we arrived the receptionist was professionally dressed, efficient, very cheerful and welcoming. The office is clean, comfortable and amusingly decorated with feet. I liked the blue duck feet best. The music was nice too. There were several people ahead of us as we arrived early. Each person was called in order and no one had to wait for very long. The nurse was personable and really knew her stuff. Dr Lyerly came right in, looked the toe over, collaborated with what the nurse had said. He then gave a clear description of his recommendation. He numbed the toe, preformed surgery, bandaged it up, gave us instructions and sent us on our way. The conversation was fun and the whole thing was refreshing.
