I took two bridesmaid dresses here at the beginning of the week to be cleaned. Figured it would be easier and cheaper than buying a gown for a ball. Perfectly pleasant employee took them and asked if Thursday would be okay for pick up. I agreed to Thursday and we discussed they were to be dry cleaned and spot treated. I was told if there were any concerns they would contact me. I walked in on Thursday and the employee at the desk had no knowledge of any orders and could not find my dresses. Informed me that they are sent out to be dry cleaned. I restated the importance of having them back because they would be needed that weekend. She threw her hands up and said the manager wouldn't be there until the morning. No calls were made to the manager and no calls were made to me about the order being late. I called when they opened the next morning, the manager irritatedly told me they would be ready that afternoon after they were pressed. I picked up the dresses, and they charged me $100 for "dry cleaning". For two dresses. There was no discussing what was done, no discussing the charges. Not only was I charged a ridiculous amount, but the dresses were not even fully cleaned. I URGE you to avoid this dry cleaner at all cost. Would have been cheaper to find a new dress. I will most definitely be redirecting everyone I know from this location. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. read more
