It was repaired so beautifully that I can't even tell where it was and I'm extremely impressed. My husband also had a very expensive sweater that our dog chewed a hole in and it was also repaired without being able to see where that was done. I will definitely be taking anything I need for alteration or repair to the shop going forward. I am super impressed!.

I'll keep this review to the point. There are three reasons for my 1 star review:…read more 1) I went to pick up my order on the promised pickup date. They handed me my article of clothing which had not been touched since I had dropped it off! I pointed this out to them. They did apologize and immediately worked on it on the spot but it was annoying that they hadn't done anything in the few days since I dropped it off. 2) I don't think the alteration was particularly good quality for the price. They had measured me when I dropped it off. I wouldn't say the result was bad but it wasn't perfect either. However, I was already annoyed by point #1 above that I didn't bother to say anything and try to get it adjusted. 3) I had a feeling a business like this might charge a different price for cash versus credit card. However, at this point in the experience, I didn't bother asking because I just wanted to get out of there. I used credit card and they ended up charging me 60 cents more. They didn't let me know before swiping my card and I didn't see a sign posted anywhere informing customers of this. They should give a courtesy FYI before a customer uses credit card. For a better alterations experience, I'd suggest spending a couple extra bucks to get alterations done at a more professional business such as through a department store, suit shop, or formal wear / menswear store.

Laundry got done in washer and not even one minute later it was being taken out by the attendant. I…read morecame over and asked her to stop touching my stuff but she continued to take my laundry out of the washer saying that its company policy, I'm not really sure what the company policy is but I was only gone from my washer less than a minute. The attendant continued to argue with me until my PTSD was triggered. She would not stop touching my clothes. The most DISGUSTING customer service I have ever seen. She never asked anyone in the laundry bat if the laundry belongs to them she just proceeded to take it out. I told her to go look at the cameras to see how long I have been gone from my washer and she refused just stating that it was policy that they take out the laundry. Will let others know.
