My favorite hair dresser in Japan finished my Bob cut in 20 minutes, so it can't be the "Japanese technique" ;D from my experience, people usually stay for 1.5h (no matter if long or short). Everyone at ticro is super polite and friendly, unlike some hip salons I've visited in the past. How is my hair-structure, what do I want, what not... something like this. Then Friederike analyzed my hair. Told me about the condition and what is possible. She even made a picture of the skin on my head and explained it to me. I was really surprised because I've never had this before. After this I got my hair washed. I took a seat at the sink and was really surprised - the chair massaged my back. I got some conditioner in my hair and she combed through it for around 5 minutes. It was like "wow". I mean, if I were a cat, I would purr. I really liked it. The haircut itself was really quick and precise. She showed me everything and asked me if it's all right. At the end she showed me some products which are good for my scalp. She gave me samples, so I can try them before buying. They compile a data card of you. If you come back they know exactly what you like and need. For me it's one of the best hairdressers in town. 30 or 40 minutes there are like a little wellness trip.
