It doesn't have much of a session where you could find a variety of odds and ends. The only thing I could say that was nice was the staff and that the lobby was clean. They did a terrible job of labeling all the pants because they only label it by small, medium, or large but not the waist size number. Prices were a bit Fair but overall, i did not like this Goodwill at all.

I was shopping for twins and found 1 new item on the shelf with a $12.99 price and an identical one on a new rack with a $16.99 price. I asked an employee why the price difference? He said let me go ask a manager and took the items with him. He came back with both items priced at $16.99. He told me that one had been priced incorrectly. Needless to say, I walked away from my full shopping cart. But I let the sales clerk (JR) at the register know that I left it and why and that I would not be back again. He apologized and said that the rule is to never change a price on something once it is priced. He was kind. He recognized me because my mother and I go there often. We even know some employees by face & name and even know some other customers by face. Recently I've noticed a lot of new faces and turnover is high. My opinion is 'bad management' and I come from 20+ years as Retail Management. Customer Service needs to be #1. All employees need retrained in my opinion. My visit was on 2-23-17, 3 pm.

My husband, sister-in-law, our families and I were very impressed with Justin Meredith's personality, care and guidance while planning the service. We can't say enough positive things about Justin! Eva, Justin's assistant, was wonderful, too. She made us feel at ease during this very difficult time. My husband's family and I would highly recommend Meredith Funeral Home. There's a reason that Meredith Funeral Home has been serving Carbondale and the surrounding area for decades--consistent, quality care during a difficult time!
