At 10am no one had shown up, so I called them and they informed me they had a schedule change at their morning meeting. No one called me. They assured me that they would be at my house this same day at 3pm. Still, no one showed up and no one called me. About a week and a half later, a sales rep called me wanting to conduct an annual inspection. I informed the sales rep of what had previously transpired and he was not aware of the missed appointment. I requested he have his branch manager contact me, if he wanted to save me as a customer and I have still not received a call back to date. Terrible customer service!!! I do not recommend using this company.

What I was told would be the process didn't seem to be what was delivered but trusted they knew what they were doing. Had to have them come back out a couple times. We had been told that as long as we maintained service with them, the warranty for the recluse treatment would continue for the lifetime of the house, even if it was sold. We recently sold the house and when I called to let them know that it was going to the new owners they informed me that the warranty had expired because I didn't pay the warranty renewal. Not once had I been told about a warranty renewal and I have paid ALL my bills. They said nothing could be done about it now since the warranty expired a month after (which would have been in July 24 according to them). I'm still not sure they did the full treatment based on what I was initially told and what was actually done.

I called the office the next morning as suggested and was able to have someone come over same day for the service which was perfect since I had the space cleaned out already. The technician was very knowledgeable looking around my home for entry points and told me a few things I needed to repair to prevent mice from liking my house. He found a hole that he believed mice were climbing in and out of due to the droppings near by and this was the closest way to get to the house. He was able to fit some metal to block off the entry so I wouldn't have to worry. Really pleased with the guidance and the knowledge I gained. He suggested a follow up at change of season but there was no hard sales pitch or push for me to do multiple services or a contract which was refreshing. Great price for the time the technician spent on site and hopefully a future rodent free home after I fix the remaining holes. Will absolutely use again!

I always received an email to schedule, but I didn't always notice that it was from them because there was no business name displayed. After some time, I called to get the service scheduled again. I took the day off work so I could be here on the scheduled day, and they showed up in the window that was promised. Their service vehicle was a mess on the outside, with paint peeling all over the front etc. It's just something worth mentioning because it makes them look a little less professional. I went over the grounds to describe the issues that I am having. I really needed to get things taken care of and was happy that they were here to perform the spraying. They were here for about 30 min. or less before I was told that they would have to come back some other time since their sprayer was not working. That was disappointing since I needed service sooner rather than later. Great, now I have to get back on a schedule and back in line and wait. I have no idea what was treated before the sprayer broke, or if anything was treated at all. This kind of information would have been nice. I received a VM from the office to reschedule - No apologies for the inconvenience of my taking off work for this appointment or anything. Just a "call us back to reschedule" type of thing. The last thing I need is to take off work again with the potential of the job not being able to be completed. I am going to go with another local provider and hope for the best.
