So my friend is an older fellow and he can't get around to St. Paul easily. So I said I'd find out what Music Go Round would recommend. I made the joke that I want to buy it. 0 chance I could afford what this thing is worth. I'd like to buy a Lamborghini as well, but nobody takes me seriously when I say that either. So explain all of that. The owner's little feelings got hurt because I mentioned that I want the guitar. So he fly out refused to help me. "I don't do market appraisals." So he wouldn't hear me when I tried to explain. It was extremely disrespectful & could have been handled with a little communication. I didn't get that. So this guy is taking the ONLY positive thing about B&H stores and throwing it out the window. Why wouldn't I reach out to Sweetwater to discover something like this? That's the next move. I love the guy you have working there. I think he's in a vest. He has always been kind, cool and professional to me every conversation. It is unfortunate for him that he has to work with this owner.
