Second guitar (Martin) split in top due to Minnesota winters even though I had two humidifiers in closed case. Repair took well over a month but looked great. I added another humidifier they recommended and sold me. Then two months into winter of 2018 same thing again- just a few months after repair. I called to see if they would fix, the answer yes but no guarantee on work so full price again! No plan to return! Martin actually has a life time warranty on their guitars which was notified by the clients they installed. Should have sent it to them but did not want to wait. Ended up waiting anyway and getting a poor repair.

He was patient as I explained to him at least three times that my violin is very important to me and it's hard for me to leave it with a stranger. I'm glad I did! Not only did he fix my crack and make it almost invisible, he sealed two seams that I didn't know were open (with my permission of course) and now my violin sounds better than ever!
