Had pedicure and nails cut the girl Lily was amazing never had my nails cut that good she cut them shorter than most did which I was so pleased clean them up I had a little bit of fungus under some of my nails she actually cleaned it right up and removed all that my feet have never been so good and nails. The problem with the fungal has disappeared I'm also soaking my nails into some bath vinegar every other day which is very good I highly highly recommend Hanna nail. Wouldn't go any other place. Do not go here! I made an appointment for my daughter and two of her friends for her birthday to get mani pedis. They went there had to wait for a long time, finally the three were taken for the pedis. After that they said it would be an hour wait for the manis! They took walk-ins before they took the girls. After 45 minutes of waiting the girls decided to just leave. As it became a 3-4 hour mission! Bad service Did not care if you made an appointment. read more

I had made 2 appointments, one for a pedicure (polish only) and one to have artificial nails put on. On the phone I asked the difference between solar nails and gel nails, she said I could talk about that when I came in. Long story short, got my polish only pedicure and waited ... and waited ... and waited for them to start doing my artificial nails. I was in the salon around 3 hours before my granddaughter came in. She had phoned to see what was taking me so long, they said I was almost finished. When asked why I was still waiting, they said they wouldn't do my nails, that my nails (my own nails) were so pretty. I can't believe this. I mean ... thank you for the compliment (which I don't agree with) but I HAD made an appointment to have my nails done because I was going out and wanted my nails to look nice . . . and she wouldn't do them? I was stunned, I didn't know what to think. Why did I have to wait almost 3 hours only to be told that they wouldn't do my nails? Walk ins were taken while I was waiting yet I, who had an appointment, had to wait and then not serviced at all? I'm still in shock, totally confused and upset. Always friendly, always willing to take you in, even when they're busy. I always get solar gel nails and have been very pleased with them.

Wish I read the reviews before I came here. Was a 45 min wait before they even started on my nails and another 30 mins before they put on any polish at least. In total, took 1.5 hrs and my thumb nail already chipped a bit with Shellac polish. I don't think it's considerate to make you wait that long. They also shuffled me between, no exaggeration 4 different people because it took so long. I will be going to the spa down the street from now on, one across from Walmart/Harveys complex...just discovered that today as there wss no time to do a pedicure after that. read more

Hanna and her staff are always friendly and do excellent work, whether you have an appointment or not. They always try their hardest to fit all walk ins between their appointments. Doa gives the best pedicures. I tell everyone i know to go there. They are the best in the beach and surrounding area. read more

Was so disappointed yesturday and the past few times really since she moved we spend summers up here and get our nails done, but yesturday I made an appt for 1130 waited till 1230 didnt get out until 200 my daughter 13 was treated poorly she kept taking other people ahead of her finally I said something and she had a 12 yr old painting nails nice girl but my toes look horrible I didnt pay for that never again its like money hungry she just takes who ever but no time read more

New owner Tina. Still called Hannah nail. Excellent service and wonderful atmosphere. Lots of nail colour choices and my gel filled French tip nail lasted a long time. The pedicure was amazing. They also do threading which I love. Highly recommend. read more

Usually loved Hannah's but since she sold it has gone right downhill. I got a pedi last week. Guy didn't understand anything I was saying. Didn't use the paddle at all, no cream exfoliant nothing. I've gone to Hannah Nail perhaps 4 or so times. The first time, Hanna did my nails and it was an okay experience. Then her husband began doing my nails. I found him to be very rough in his application. Actually, he really hurt me, so much that I cried out in pain! When I told him he was hurting me he became angry with me. Even the hand massage at the end of the session was painful and each subsequent procedure was more painful than the one before. I stopped going there. Why would I want to pay someone to hurt me? If the salon can't do manicures, etc. gently and not listen to the client when they tell you that you're hurting them then it's not a place I will frequent. read more

This is the 2nd time I went with my girlfriends. I knew they were rough so I told the girl to be careful around my baby toes. On my second foot she was so rough (my feet were in pretty good condition to begin with) that I jumped. She got my baby toe with the cheese grater (this is what I called it) and cut it severely. It seemed to take forever to get the bleeding to stop and once it did we bandaged it. I wanted to leave then but I didn't want ruin our girls day out and also I couldn't see how bad it really was until I got home. Paid full price and left as I didn't want to cause a scene. Got home and my hubby took a look and it was really bad. I also realized after that when she cut my nails got the skin around my toes a couple of time. Rude staff, gave me the wrong colour of polish and when I told them that's not the colour I wanted they told me there was no time to fix it because they were busy. I had made an appointment but they were taking lots of walk-ins which made the manicure take a long time. While I was in there 2 other people had complaints about the service as well. read more

I had a terrible experience here with Hannah when I came in to have gel nails reapplied (I've had them done many many times so I do know how this system works). Everything was fine until I suggested to Hannah that I liked them shorter please. She seemed to take offense to this and proceeded to shave off not only the nail - but down to the tips of my fingers!! Very roughly, I might add! Her husband then took over for her and he was extremely rough with me too. Stay away from this place as it's not very sanitary either. read more

I have visited this salon at least a dozen times, but now drive all the way to Barrie for acrylic nail service. Unfortunately this is the only salon in Wasaga Beach offering Acrylic Nails. Although Hannah insists on appointments, EVERY time I had an appointment Hannah would call between 30 to 60 minutes prior to my scheduled time and rudely insist that I come right away rather than my "booked" time. Sometimes due to working issues, I was unable to do so. On these occasions, I had lengthy wait times. I found the salon adequate, certainly not spotless, and ceased utilizing their services primarily because of the poor customer service and excessive rudeness.
