The desk lady asked for the lock at 12 today so they hadn't done nothing to it before that time.. when I went to pick it up I saw the parts they ordered looked them up right quick would cost me a regular consumer less than 500 dollars so u know they paid less than that! Even if they worked on it from 12-5 u have 6 hours labor bill was 1300 overall so math is let's say 500 in parts so 800 in labor if full 6 hours what 133.00 an hour to work on a 2002 f250?? If that is really what even happened. by the way no parts price and labor breakdown on bill! Yup I got robbed don't let it be you enough said!! Leave this low level spot alone and go elsewhere far far away!! I was lucky enough that my dad was able to help me Jack up my car, take the flat one off, and take it to purchase a new tire and have it mounted (since I couldn't drive there, obviously). I purchased a second tire at the same time for the other side of my car and came here to have it mounted and balanced and placed on my car. (since I didn't have my car with me when I purchased it) The woman working in the garage told me "no!" before I even told her what I needed done. I walked in and asked if she worked there and she said she did. I then asked "Are you able to..." and was interrupted with a "NO!" I asked again "I just need a tire.." "NO!" I was shocked!!! I finally just said "can you mount a tire" while she was basically walking away from me, and she again told me No. She then said they don't mount or balance tires there which was clearly a lie since a car was on the lift getting new tires at that exact moment AND they sell and install new tires there. I don't understand what the reasoning was, but I will NEVER give them business again, nor will the rest of my large family!
