Cash is accepted, but no penny rounding was implemented. Despite my very brief fleeting time in South Central Pennsylvania, it is the experience that give value. I believe the value added gives meaning to one's life. I surely enjoyed the pleasure of being away from my life's chaos. I have been on the same meds, dosage, and usually use cvs to fill my meds, which is the affiliated pharmacy with my PPO insurance policy FEP BCBS. So my profile with cvs shows my history. The lady who I spoke with first was Val and when she asked for my address and I gave her my philadelphia address she sucked her teeth at me. I don't understand what that has to do with anything as I've never had a problem refilling my medications at another pharmacy is they were in stock. Val immediately had an attitude with me for some reason and then said she needed to talk to the pharmacist. (Shorter older white guy) After waiting for ten minutes the pharmacist came over to me and said he had to validate my prescription. I ask him why? My account shows that I'm way overdue for a refill, am prescribed the SAME dosage of meds and it's from the SAME doc. He said because I'm not from here and never been to this particular store. I called bullshit (I didn't say that). I told him I never heard of that before and I'm not new in the cvs system and that I am working in the area. He said he would have to call my doctor to verify first. I left and drove to another cvs 8 minutes away and they reviewed all of my information and processed my refill without asking me anything else. Maybe if I were an older white guy and lived in the suburbs this wouldn't have been an issue. Who knows.

I ordered a cheeseburger with toppings and garlic Parmesan fries. I've had burgers from this Wawa in the past, and they were great. This time, not so much. The bun was dry, a bit cakey, and screamed "day old bread". That's enough to essentially ruin a burger. As for the garlic Parmesan fries, there were plenty of them, but they're basically far too skinny and far too hard/crispy to even qualify as fries. "Potato sticks and nubs with salad dressing and a shake or two of grated cheese product" would far more accurately describe these things. This Wawa and over 90% of what they sell and prepare is excellent as a rule, but someone needs to check the quality and freshness of prepared food periodically throughout the day. It can't be left to the associates who are working hard and quickly to keep up with demand. If something is less than awesome, don't offer it for sale.
