After spending most of the morning and early part of the afternoon at the Oktoberfest, we were buzzed, tired and hungry. Since we felt like we just wanted grab something quick before heading back to the hotel, decided to give this place a try. The place was very busy and pack when we got their. We walked in but there was no one to greet us and take us to our table. Well, we will just seat ourselves and eventually the waiter will show up. Well, maybe not. We sat there for like about 10 minutes and saw waiters and waitress walked right us by, but none of them came to take our orders or bring us menus. Finally the bartender who came around the bar and took our order. Since we were already tired and hungry by the, we just went with a couple of their classic burgers. My burger tasted just okay. Nothing really blows me away. The beef patty cooked alright, the sauce lacks big flavors, and since this is a burger joint, i was really disappointed how the meals turned out. Would I come back here again? Probably not. My burger lacks flavors, and the fries were forgetful. I am not sure about other parts of the world, but I like my fries crispy. But apparently the young people like it here. Maybe its their hanging out place. But for me, I have had much burger experiences in many other cities and countries.

My family loves hamburgers and this is a great place to get them. They have fantastic sauces and they do a wonderful job with the food presentation. The service is fast and the food is consistently good. I definitely recommend it.

I have to admit, the Painkiller was pretty good! Definitely worth a try! The bartender was friendly and had some great recommendations, which made the experience even better! Downstairs is a piano bar with live music which was pretty awesome. The bar played old 1950s music. Keep in mind, the cocktail menu is extensive, almost like a book! The bar is well worth checking out if you're into classic cocktails and a laid-back, timeless vibe.

Once receiving our drinks sitting for about 20-25 mins, the owner came out, at first only to yell at people walking down the stairs to go to the only bathroom in this place; in the basement. The outside of this bar claimed to be a New York bar. And for those of us who don't know what that means. I'll explain in one word. Hospitality. This experience was the furthest from hospitable, coming from a true New Yorker. The owner then shared with us he's not from NY and has no idea what it means to be a NY bar (who claims he's from Pennsylvania). A lot of question marks. Then he continued to shame us for being from New York, admitted he never went there, and then proceeded to brag about being from bumblefuck, Pennsylvania, and how his son never pays for anything when he goes to Pennsylvania. As someone who has been to NYC bars this isn't a place that resembles "nyc" and should not be considered a place to grab for drinks. 2/10 would not recommend!
