He did say that the reason he was delayed was due to a customer who called and wanted her landscaping done in 2 weeks and would not take no for an answer which delayed other pending jobs. Called them to do weeding services for our landscape bed. I specifically told them we have one…read moreshrub that we do not want any herbicide spray near as it is very fragile. I explained we would put a sign up near the plant as reminder. I was told "Great , our guys love signs" The spray guy came and as we were walking by the window, we saw him spray all around the plant. We went outside and asked him why and at first he said he didnt see the sign but when he realized this was impossible he changed his story that he didnt spray near the plant. I w obviously untrue as the whole are was wet with spray. He then used some foul language. We asked him to leave but he returned 3 more times. We called the company and the owner became very aggressive stating we were at fault for not be clear enough in our instructions. The large sigh with a large yellow caution sigh stated " Dear Fernview, please do not spray around this plant" It could not have been more clear. She kept arguing to the point i had to tell her i was done with the conversation but yet emailed me again to state how it was our fault.
