We purchased a rzr xp1000 4 on April 3 2019 from hansons motorsports & we couldn't have asked for a better company to deal with! Everyone there is very friendly & helpful. We took it back after having it for a month just to have it looked over we wanted to be sure mechanically we were good to go out of town & hit the trails. Terry the owner is short tempered and extremely rude. If you don't know exactly what is wrong and can give him explicit instructions on what to repair he gets very upset. Also lies about if he has started work and when it will be complete. He had my bike a month. I called him 3 weeks in a row and he said "we are working on it now and will have it done Friday" I finally went in to check and discovered he had just gotten started that afternoon then ended up getting screamed at for 5 minutes About how hard he works how customers bring in one thing and need another thing. He was cussing, and accusing me of being rude and that I don't work hard for a living etc etc. I ended up pushing my bike down the road to the next motorcycle shop with a bag of nuts and bolts. I went back in to try to pay him and he started yelling again. Do not give him your business. There are other shops in Billings that are happy to have it. read more
