Located within the fitness sport complex IKSU Sport (see my separate review), a good number of years ago two chefs (Hansson and Hammar) took it upon themselves to set up a good lunch restaurant within the IKSU complex that had been severely lacking in an otherwise impressive organization. I've had more lunches here than I could ever count nor remember. In between lectures, after exams, after really sweaty workouts, well pretty much after anything you may think of. And I've always liked it. It's modern, the food is well-prepared locally in the open kitchen. They also have an impressive salad buffet that will satisfy any stomach. The seating area is white with wooden floors, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows laden with partially see-through off-white curtains that lets a lot of sunlight through. Whenever I'm here I always find faces and people I recognize and join their table, leaving me totally satisfied. So if you are at the university campus, or for that matter the university hospital, this is the absolute best place for lunch within walking distance. read more
