I love how Ms. Eugenia shows me the best way to transition my son into the new environment and comforts him when I drop him off. He still cries but I can see improvement. They also often tell me about his day when I run into them for pick up and tell me little stories about him with enthusiasm. You can tell they really care! The new director Emily, is always attentive and knows how to run the show. She's hands on when there are even minor issues, like wi-fi (nothing serious), and notifies parents immediately. Very comforting! Also Ms. Jada was recently hired as assistant director who is nice as can be; always smiling and responsive to the parents and children. If I had to nit pick, I'd say the food is not the healthiest. It very processed and high in sugar. But if you talk to the teachers you can make accommodations.

She has quickly learned the names of several animals, the alphabet, colors, numbers..etc. I'm amazed that she is now saying complete sentences to me. The owner, Mrs. Hetal Shah, does a wonderful job organizing the weekly routines for the children. I would say the biggest plus for me is that I do not feel like this is just a daycare facility for my daughter. I can tell that she is loved by the staff and since she is currently the youngest child there, the older children are protective of her as well. My daughter is given individual attention according to her needs and I am always kept informed. EXTREME CAUTION: They will take your money and disappear…read more I am writing this to warn any parent considering Guidepost Montessori: Do not trust them with your deposit. My son stopped attending this school in November. Since then, Guidepost has been sitting on a full month's tuition deposit with absolutely no intention of returning it. For four months, I have been met with nothing but "manual processing" excuses, "60-90 day" delay tactics, and empty apologies from the regional leadership team and the campus leadership team. Despite providing regional leadership with clear deadlines and rejecting their vague explanations, they have completely ghosted me. My deadline passed with zero follow-up and zero transfer. It is now clear that their "apologies" are a scripted stall tactic. Whether this is due to the company's widely reported financial instability or sheer administrative incompetence, the result is the same: They are withholding thousands of dollars from a family while providing zero service. If you value your hard-earned money and want to avoid months of stressful, fruitless hovering over an unresponsive billing department, stay far away. A school that lacks the integrity to return a simple deposit cannot be trusted with the care and education of your child. Guidepost Leadership: Give me my money back.

Ms. Nazli and her team are all phenomenal with the babies, and they truly loved my daughter during her time at MCHL. We had to make the difficult decision to transfer her due to my work office changing locations. We are very sad about this, but the positive impact her teachers and classmates have had on her is here to stay. From the staff to the teachers, owners, leadership and daily activity teachers they bring in, the days are incredibly well thought out. The rooms are set up incredibly well and children lack for nothing. In addition to the kids opportunities, the parents have seemed to get along incredibly and the PTA volunteers are active and create great participation. As a historic testimony to the growth and consistency of MCHL, we have 10 children on our block alone that span 12 years of MCHL with different teachers all having the same great experience. All of the other parents that we have met and known at MCHL seem to convey the same message. I recommend at the very least interviewing the staff and teachers at MCHL when it comes to making a decision for schooling.
