I love how Ms. Eugenia shows me the best way to transition my son into the new environment and comforts him when I drop him off. He still cries but I can see improvement. They also often tell me about his day when I run into them for pick up and tell me little stories about him with enthusiasm. You can tell they really care! The new director Emily, is always attentive and knows how to run the show. She's hands on when there are even minor issues, like wi-fi (nothing serious), and notifies parents immediately. Very comforting! Also Ms. Jada was recently hired as assistant director who is nice as can be; always smiling and responsive to the parents and children. If I had to nit pick, I'd say the food is not the healthiest. It very processed and high in sugar. But if you talk to the teachers you can make accommodations.

She has quickly learned the names of several animals, the alphabet, colors, numbers..etc. I'm amazed that she is now saying complete sentences to me. The owner, Mrs. Hetal Shah, does a wonderful job organizing the weekly routines for the children. I would say the biggest plus for me is that I do not feel like this is just a daycare facility for my daughter. I can tell that she is loved by the staff and since she is currently the youngest child there, the older children are protective of her as well. My daughter is given individual attention according to her needs and I am always kept informed. She spends up to 9 hours a day there at times and I feel very comfortable and confident that she is not only happy, but learning and having a blast too.

She puts in the time and effort into each child individually based on the child's needs. She also counsels us when we are stressed about something regarding the child, it feels like we got a teacher and a counselor in her. For us, Guidepost Montessori is the place to be and look no further if you are searching for the Montessori environment for your child and if your child is less than 3 years old, you cannot go wrong with Ms Nosheen's class, however, we know that all teachers are great because our son loves all the teachers he interacts with.
