Once you're in, someone explains a bit about the rules (washing hands between the rooms, don't pick up the cats, etc). The cats are roaming free, but they have some "catio" rooms where some cats prefer isolation, or need to be isolated. There were 4 small kittens in one holding area, and I do wish they could have been given a bigger space given how active they were. Once someone goes inside to sit down, the cats have very little room to play. They also let a lot of people in at a time when there are only a few cats on the floor and multiple kept in their own rooms. It was so crowded. Kids were really loud and it felt like we didn't get a fair chance to meet most of the cats. It was a bit chaotic. We ended up spending most of our time with one single cat that everyone else was ignoring. They were also explaining that they had cats from Egypt on one side and Canada on the other side, so you have to wash your hands because they just don't know if it's safe. I think they could expand some of the catios and really control the number of people they're letting in at a time. We didn't get to meet most of the cats in the space.
