Living downtown, I've always found it difficult to get a live tree and get it into the apartment…read more Treedrop made the WHOLE process so much easier! I was able to choose the size of the tree that I want and schedule for them to have it delivered and set up! The treedrop team were excellent in communicating the day of the delivery and was very respectful of the neighborhood and our house. They made sure to set the tree the way we wanted and even watered and cleaned up prior to leaving. It was in excellent shape and looked better than some found in tree lots. Even the pick up service was great! We were going to be out of town on the original date of the pickup, but Jerry and his team worked with me to reschedule. Again, they were very respectful of the area and even threw out the water for us! We'll definitely be using treedrop again!

This is the second year in a row that I've ordered our tree from TreeDrop and it certainly won't be our last. The value they provide is three-fold. First, their quality of trees are unmatched. They have beautiful Frasier Firs in a variety of sizes. We have opted for the 8 foot tree, but it usually clocks in a bit bigger (bonus). Second, is the convenience. No need to load a tree half hazardly above our small car, we get to order it conveniently on their very user-friendly website and pick the day and time of delivery. You can even add a tip right there when you pay! When they are headed your way, you get a text, so there are no surprises. Jerry and his team come in with the tree (wearing masks and shoe covers), set it up for you, and vacuum behind themselves on their way out! Beyond that, they give you great info on keeping the tree healthy for the season AND a Crumbl cookie! The level or service is unmatched and the crew is a pleasure. Third, they provide convenient pick-up service after the holidays. That's right- no more lugging a dead tree out to your curb (needles lining your path). You can include this service as an add-on and as swiftly and mess-free as it came, your tree will be cleared. This is a family-owned business that I'll definitely want to patronize for many years to come. Thanks to Jerry and the whole team! LOVE my tree!

I did a pick up three Windsor Newton watercolor tubes for $1.27 each they were in the clearance section. Winsor newton is more of the high end watercolor supplies so I'm actually pretty shocked I found some in clearance. The lady at the counter was super nice; however with Christmas being 50% off the stores very busy and if you don't like crowds I wouldn't recommend going on an afternoon. I actually really like everything in Hobby lobby; I love the assortment of craft supplies to home decor to puzzles and candles etc. if you haven't been here I definitely recommend coming to this hobby lobby. 10/10

My $350 custom framing order was significantly delayed, I was never contacted about the issue, and my daughter's birthday came and went while I repeatedly had to follow up myself. When I finally spoke with the store manager, Joshua, he was aggressive, condescending, dismissive, and made me feel as though the situation was somehow my fault--in front of other customers. He would rather remove my artwork from the completed frame than offer anything beyond a 10% discount for the inconvenience. Mistakes happen, but customers should still be treated with respect. Unfortunately, after years of shopping here, this experience has made me uncomfortable returning to this location.

Before I walked in to this gift and accents store I noticed a chalkboard easel advertising a big…read moresale. All of their Halloween items were 50% off and their Fall items 25%. Below those announcements, they have a countdown started for the number of days until December 25th arrives. I said to myself, okay, they must be making way for Christmas stuff... Boy, were they ever! Once inside, I thought I had stepped into Santa's personal residence. It was as if Christmas had exploded inside this store. Music was playing and the air smelled like Christmas Eve. Christmas trees were setup all throughout the store along with many other decorative pieces one might have as part of their living room decorations. This made each little area feel like someone's home at Christmastime. Yet, each section was more beautiful than the next. And when I crouched down to check some prices I realized that it all came at a nice cost. A bread box sized sleigh cost $113 and the small wrought iron lamp seated beside the sleigh was listed at $201. So not necessarily the type of place everyone could go for their Holiday garland. They do have a lay-a-way program though which may help take the sting out of your credit card bill. If you are throwing a Holiday party they have the paper products you would need. Creative and festive napkins, plates and cups can all be found there along with many sizes/shapes of candles. They also have fabric placemats that were gorgeous. The type you would have expected Carmella Soprano to have in her dining room. Although it's only the first week in November, I left there thinking I needed to start my Christmas shopping, get my cards written and throw some cookies in the oven!
