I was in Lake Ozark for bike fest and I had the pleasure of using Happy Cabs. My driver Kim was excellent! She was on time, courteous, had fair rates and I felt very safe with her behind the wheel. My driver was knowledgeable about the places to go and things I might want to see. I used Happy Cabs a few times during bike fest: day, evening and one very late (possibly drunken) night and the service & care I received was top rate. I would like to take a moment to give a big shout out to Kim over at Happy Cabs! Any time I have to use cab service it's always a hassle. Whether it be the long wait time before someone arrives, the awkwardness of riding in the car with someone who is not a person of many words, if any words at all, or the driver speeding in and out of traffic making my anxiety level climb to its peak, whatever the case may be, calling for a cab is always a call I dread. So the very first thing that jumped out at me is the name. Anyone who names their cab "Happy" must truly want to give me a ride right? So I make the call and to my surprise, the Happy cab shows up within an acceptable time frame and greets me with a friendly hello as if Shes known me her whole life! Her driving was safe and responsible helping to ease my anxiety of someone else driving. (I'm not a good passenger) We had a good conversation about things to do around the lake and what the area could use more of and less of, just good ol conversation. We talked about how she has a goal and a vision for her cab business. I learned that she carries extra things in her cab like coats, blankets, food, and gloves in case she meets someone who needs it. She wants to bring awareness to the possible dangers of night life in crowded scenes in hopes to keep our community safe. It wasJust an all around great experience with Happy Cabs! We found ourselves at the strip, late with one too many. Kim was ironically sitting next to us, and offered to get us back to our place. But we had a nice car that we did not want to leave there overnight. So she contacted an associate, and they followed while she competently drove back our car. But it gets better; as I had left my nice jacket, and after dropping us off, she drove back and was able to retrieve it, but this was not so easy. She then returned back to Osage Beach the next day to meet us and return the coat personally. She is pleasant and kind, in addition to her professionalism! We were more than pleased with her, and recommend highly! I personally find it very hard to believe that anyone using her service could ever be dissapointed at all.
