As we were leaving Chevy's, I saw the 365-Cabs card so I figured I'd call to see what the rates were. That's when I spoke to Jeff! Jeff was awesome from the get go. He told us it would be $50 to get to our destination and he could pick us up in 10 minutes. He was right on time which is so refreshing because usually when someone says 10 minutes it normally will take much longer. The ride to the bar was so much fun because Jeff had the best playlist selection. He got a call from a customer he dropped off earlier so he excused himself and asked if we would mind if he grabbed it. Of course we said we didn't mind! He took the call through bluetooth and was just as professional with the customer on the phone as he was with us. You can truly tell when a person is passionate about their job and wants to do it right. Well, Jeff is doing everything right and even more! To top off his great customer service, he even texted me when he knew the bar was about to close to see if we needed a ride back! HOW AWESOME IS THAT?!?!?!?! He picked us back up and it cost the exact same amount to get back as it did to get there. This company knows what they are doing and won't sneak in any hidden fees or surcharges like Uber or Lyft. It's nice when a company is so transparent about their pricing. I have told every person I've met and even strangers at the lake to call Jeff whenever they need a ride because they won't be disappointed. THANK YOU, JEFF, FOR BEING SUCH A GREAT CABBIE! The guy that answered the phone was all business --took my info, quoted a price, fit me in the schedule, and confirmed via text after the call. I was very happy! I've never used a shuttle service before and was traveling with my kids, so I was nervous. I also got a confirmation text the next morning, which put me at ease. The driver showed up on time, and was very nice! We chatted the whole way to the airport, I felt very comfortable, and we got there right on time. A good way to start my trip! I would not hesitate to use them again if I need another shuttle sometime.

I booked a ride for a specific time, and the driver did not show up. When I called the number given to me, after waiting quite some time, I was told the driver was on their way. The driver was more than 15 minutes late after I called. The car was filled with trash. That driver said I was supposed to have another driver, but that person overslept and could not pick me up. As a result, I was late getting to the airport and missed my flight -- I had to book another flight that cost me a lot of money! Paying was shady, too, because you had to give out your card number by phone and not thru a machine. I do not recommend using this service.
