THIS is Customer Service at it's Best, which you rarely see these days. The fact that I can only give 5 stars is Criminal. I was picked up at M.U. Healthcare and my destination is a small town in Ralls County, so this was not just a trip across Columbia. As soon as I got into the Vehicle , the Man driving, who was the Owner of the Company told me once you're in my Vehicle you're family. I had just had Major Spinal Surgery, multi level fusion, and was able to lay down in the back seat so it wasn't a painful ride. All during the ride he and I talked about all the things we had in common, which turned out to be quite a few, and it didn't feel like a taxi or shuttle at all, it was like riding with a friend. He asked me if I wanted or needed anything on the way home and he would stop. Once I got to my house he carried my backpack for me and asked again if I needed anything. The best part was after being home for about 10 minutes , he called me and asked if I was ok and that just made it feel like I had a friend pick me up and take me home. I will most DEFINITELY be using this Service again. There are plenty of people who will shuttle you around, but very few make it feel like riding with a friend or family member. read more

My girlfriend age 71 years old flew to Columbia, MO. last month. Enterprise had cancelled her car on her twice, leaving her stranded at the Airport. She called Emperors Shuttle and Taxi Service. They were there in 20 minutes and took her to her destination. She would not stop raving about how well Robert took care of her! Wonderful service! Using a buddy pass, I moved to Boonville, MO. I had reserved a car at the Columbia Airport through Enterprise Car Rentals. They cancelled my reservation twice!
