They just wasted my time and took money for nothing. The carpets were left dirty and stained while the workers took smoking breaks every 10 minutes, on top of being 5 hours late.
This was the second time we've used this company for carpet cleaning, and it will be the last.
Our appointment was booked for 11am. At 11:05am we received a call saying they were running late and would now arrive at 2pm -- the same thing happened last time we used them. This time, however, they didn't arrive until 2:40pm. That's almost four hours late.
Because of the delay, I had to extend my half-day off work into a full day. The lack of communication and repeated lateness is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
When the cleaners finally arrived, they left the front door open for most of the job, in temperatures below 10 degrees. They also took a smoke break directly outside our front door. As a result, our entire ground floor now smells strongly of cigarettes. Even worse, our elderly neighbour with a lung condition came out to complain that the smoke had drifted into her home as well.
On top of this, the carpets themselves have not been cleaned to a standard that justifies a four-hour delay and the disruption caused.
We emailed the company to raise these concerns and request a refund before posting a review, but received no response at all. Being ignored after such poor service is unacceptable.
Really disappointed overall. Repeated lateness, poor communication, unprofessional conduct, and subpar cleaning. I would not recommend this service. read more
