Ponch, Edwina, and their crew did an absolute number on our home! My husband and I recently traveled to the island to attend to my late mother's home, which they hadn't physically been to in almost 3 years. We had NO idea what we were walking into. It quickly became apparent that we were going to need some serious help, and quickly no less, as our time on the island was limited. I reached out to Ponch via Yelp and received a reply almost instantly. He came out the next day to get eyes on the place and give us a quote. When Ponch and Edwina say they do it all, they mean it! They do things that other companies will not do - removing all items out of the cabinets and cleaning inside, moving appliances and cleaning behind, inside and out. Power washing driveway, outside of house, decks, etc. Mowing lawns, hauling rubbish, cleaning out garages and all of the regular expected cleaning items as well. If you need it cleaned, just ask! Beyond their amazing cleaning, Ponch went out of his way to answer any questions we had and even helped us jump the car at the house! They came back a couple days later to finish up some more items we requested, and he sent me video and pictures of everything when they left! i had called 4 other cleaning agencies and happy cleaners was very responsive too all the questions i needed to know and had all the services i required including virus sanitizing and proffesional equiptment for carpet shampooing. deep cleaning was the order of the day and that was done expediantly within timely manner so as not to inconvience being out of the house being i work at home. it was minimal time but maximum clean visual and smell. i would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. workers were friendly and courteous. very professional. i would gladly use them again since i have rentals they even follow up after services to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. hats off to them. read more
