When I went in to pick up our washing (done on time the next morning as promised), an old lady came in who had never been in a laundrette in her life and I saw how he made her feel at ease and took good care of her. Having a big life changing problem and not knowing how to deal with it causes no end of stress and…read moreworry, but luckily enough we have a fantastic service offered by our local Citizens Advice Bureau. We recently ventured in out of desperation and thank goodness we did - I have nothing but praise for the volunteers and workers here. We were treated with respect and understanding, without feeling rushed or pressured for time. Our caseworker was completely professional and although I got a bit emotional she sorted everything out to a very happy conclusion. Thank you to all at Penzance Citizen Advice Bureau. If anyone needs advice or help - go here and if they possibly can, they will help.

I bought my most recent phone from here and found the shop overall to be very good. The prices are slightly higher than on over networks on pay as you go but there are ways to save money. If you are already a O2 pay as you go sim card with credit, it is worth looking here as they let me get a new phone without a new sim card for cheaper. Another way to save money is to bring in an old phone to trade in, they will then take £10 off the price of your new phone and send the old one to charity. Although it can be quite busy the staff are friendly and I did not feel rushed. They may not be the cheapest but the staff are good.

When I got there, the very helpful guy on the desk said that the system wouldn't allow it to happen as a free change, as it was 6 weeks out of the 3 year exchange period, but he kindly did it for a reduced price. On returning home, I spent a very long time on the phone to apple support, who acknowledged that their site didn't mention time restrictions (and still doesn't!), but that I should have somehow known It anyway, and they refused to accept any blame. CTS did their best- Apple a bunch of lying cheats.

They have a fairly good selection of wristwatches which make good presents, and also sell second-hand watches, but the real value for money lies in the repair service. Battery changes on watches can be performed essentially while you wait and are very cheap. This is much better than the only other provider in town H Samuel who invariably decide to send it away to preserve the 'splashproof' only to return it to you 3 weeks later (and £25 down) and tell you that it is no longer watertight and they could not re-effect the seal adequately. More complicated services are on a collect basis but provided within a good timescale (usually within a week) and at a fraction of the cost of other providers. Excellent service from a couple who have been in the business for a long time. Inspires trust.
