We recently ventured in out of desperation and thank goodness we did - I have nothing but praise for the volunteers and workers here. We were treated with respect and understanding, without feeling rushed or pressured for time. Our caseworker was completely professional and although I got a bit emotional she sorted everything out to a very happy conclusion. Thank you to all at Penzance Citizen Advice Bureau.
