When you're on the look out for your next floor covering who could resist a shop called Happy Feet? I couldn't, which is why I was happy to pay a visit. I was immediately impressed with the friendly staff member as I entered the shop who greeted me with a smile and asked what it was I was looking for. On this occasion I was on the look out for a large lounge room rug and thought I had in my mind exactly the thing I wanted, however, when I gave her a brief description of my lounge (including photos) she had all sorts of ideas which I had never considered. The showroom was well laid out, modern and spacious with plenty of choice, so much choice in fact that I delayed making a decision, I needed a third opinion. I'll be going back very soon. read more

Bad installation and material. A week after carpet was installed on stairs had to come back and reglue to surface after several attempts final stayed put. After second week while hoovering few strans off carpet came up leaving bald spot. Spoke with owner BEN who came over looked a it took pictures said he had to check with company and get back to me after month no response. I called him said it wasn't underwarranty nothing he could do I said I pay for the piece he said no problem after a year of making appiontments and staying home waiting for carpet man no show. We are renovating a house in the Midlands and under some pressure to get it finished as we have to move in at the latest early August. We went to Happy Feet in Sutton Coldfield on Saturday 28-May and were impressed with the products we saw there. Thus we made an appointment for them to bring samples around on Saturday the 11-Jun. However they did not turn up on the day but after speaking to the owner who assured us this is not the way the normally do business we invited them to a second appointment for Monday 13-Jun at 17:00. They turned up for this appointment 35 minutes late and had not brought the requested samples. We chose the wooden flooring and were assured we would have a quote and some further samples within a few days. Today is the 24-Jun and we have not heard back from them. We have now purchased the 80sqm of Wooden flooring elsewhere and the 65sqm of carpets we will be looking at shortly. I cannot believe why they treat customers this way - at least let us know you have no interest in the business. What arrogance! read more
